I like to add dry ranch dressing mix to a lot of my recipes to kick the flavor up a notch, like my white bean chicken chili and roasted potatoes. But let’s face it, those little store-bought packets are pretty expensive, especially when it becomes a pantry staple. It only takes a few simple ingredients to make it yourself, and it can be stored in an air-tight container to be used anytime you need it!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup powdered buttermilk
2 tablespoons dried dill weed
6 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
Mix all ingredients in a 1 pint jar and store in a cool dry place.
