Avocado Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing/Dip

I absolutely love avocado and recently fell in love with Avocado Ranch Greek Dressing, but I don’t care for the taste of cilantro, which is included in every brand of Avocado Ranch dressing out there! So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and make it myself, sans cilantro! What I’ve also discovered is that you can make this delectable dressing yourself for about half the cost of the name brands, and it’s even more fresh and tasty!

Simple ingredients make this recipe quick and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS

1 C Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Ripe Avocado, cubed

2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix with a dash of love

1/4-1/2 C Skim Milk

Blend all ingredients in mixer or food processor until smooth and creamy. Use less milk for Avocado Ranch Greek Yogurt Dip, more milk for the dressing.

Transfer to a bottle and store in refrigerator for up to a week.
